I ordered google nexus 5 on 8th sept which was further recieved on 19th sept. thats already too late. And surprisingly I received a stone instead of mobile. I am continuesly contacting their call center but they are not interested. Although they told me to go legal but we will not refund/replace your order.
This is the way they treat their customers. They even don't understand the value of customer money. I also had a conversation with courier service, they are also saying that we will provide you resolution after examine.
now I am totally fedup.
SNAPDEAL sucks.
