seems stable . noticeable features.
fast charging
very stable and smoother transitions.
SMS feature disabled in Hangout unless you forcefully enable it, trying to popularize hangout as a replacement for Whatsapp
USB mode enhanced while connected to PC, kind of a good feature to avoid any app crashes when internal drive is mounted.
OTG feature has been enabled . works fine
The noise cancellation was better in KitKat although. Lollipop should improve it.

The battery drain problem has been fixed in the latest 8 MB update released on 1 Feb 2016
If you are having issues turn off the battery optimization on the "Connectivity Services".
