Overall nothing much can be said about this ac . I have just bought it . and till now it seems a safe bet.
the sound is not loud and it is pretty quite overall. the remote has limited but just enough functions . a compact remote not much buttons.
but the issue I have is with the front panel of the air conditioner.
on the site if you see the photo of this model it clearly shows the fins(louvres) as seperate and individually turnable(the up and down ones) while in the model actually there are the worst kind I have ever seen.
the entire panel turns up and down and it is basically of no use. it DOESNT DIRECT THE AIR AT ALL.
WETHER YOU TURN IT UP OR DOWN . it is totally useless.
now it wont bother much usually but in my setting, I have installed the ac on top of my window so I am not able to direct the air towards the bed(which is below), it iseems such a pain in the arss that you spent so much money to get the most expensive 1 ton model and still the company saved on such a little BUT BASIC thing.
it almost wants me not to recommend this product.
I have seen voltas ac and they had good louvres in even their cheapest model . these companies are always trying to make a fool out of costumer. thinking who is going to notice this thing .
well I would like to tell them that we do and I wont recommend this to anyone.
