Slight disappointment that the product came with aluminium gas pipe instead of copper pipe.
AC cools the room almost instantly ans with Himalayan Cool feature cooling can be made still more faster. But to cool the entire room it took around 30 minute as the room size is though its a 1.5 Ton AC.
Condenser coil is made of aluminium and for Bangalore area this should be a concern.
Operation of both ODU and IDU is quite and not much noisy as mentioned in the other reviews. Remote has glow buttons and LED on the IDU can switched off if it bothers you in the dark room during sleep. LG customer care said due high installation load in Bangalore, my AC installation can take 5-10 days. So got it done from local vendor.
Installation done by local vendor was as good as done from authorized person.
Overall its a good product
