I wanted to share my views on this air conditioner. I bought this ac one and half year back. It is really good product in reasonable rate. LG products are always trust worthy according to me because mostly in my home there are LG products only. This ac does well. There is also a warranty and service is done freely for one year from buying. and the LG agent servers were also very good. They explain you each and everything. And there is also a guide. Coming to the cooling capacity it is very good and noise proof material. Overall a good product I must say.:)
