I bought LG Ks-q18pwzd 1.5 Ton split Ac online 2 years ago for my offlice as LG was my one of the most trusted brand.The first two months after installation it gave me heavenly cooling effect in summer but from the third month problems started getting added to it one by one.It started to give bad smelly air after 10-15 minutes of switching on every time.When I reached customer care, they said they will send their engineer to look into it.Continuously calling and visiting their service centre, they sent their guy after 15 days of my complaint.The guy suggested there was a fault in the gas and changed it for which he even charged me rs 2000.It worked fine for few days but again that bad smell returned and this time with a ghmmmmm noisy sound.The cooling effect also got became low and my electricity bill also came very high.I used my ac every day for roughly 2 to 3hrs a day.Thinking of the bad customer support, I sold it at scrape rate.I could't rely on this ac as my ac broke down within a year of its purchase.So, its a total loss of my money.
