You guys may have gone through many reviews and suggestions but here I am going to deliver a different type of review.

On getting admitted to high school I thought of buying a new cell phone. So I first thought what type of mobile would suit me -

a>Touchscreen type

b> Great camera mobile

c> Normal, all in one type(Modest features, camera, etc.)

d> High end phone with 3G, wifi, etc.

Then I thought of my budget(13000 INR). My budget could accomodate the first three type of cell phones, high end is just a dream. In addition I dont need the 3G, wifi features right now at this moment.

Then I meticulously sorted out the type I want. I love camera phones but at the end of the day usability and show off rests with touchscreens, this was my logic behind choosing touchscreen type mobile. Moreover I thought of getting a good featured mobile with more than a modest camera.

I did a survey. I had in my list these cell phones-

Every cell had pros and cons. Some had small screen while some's camera isnt great, on the contrary some were pvery poor and lacked in functions and features. Hope you can understand the difference among the phones. Out of the seven phones I chose cookie. It left all the others behind in features, camera, usability, etc.

Its specs are clarified in this website:

https://gsmarena.com/lg_kp500_cookie-2536.php

These are the cover specs, now the internal features:

It sports PictBridge: You can connect your phone directly to a printer and print your desired image

It sports full screen video:-

It can play ipod and iphone .mp4 formatted video, that means you can enjoy high clarity movies in your cookie.

It can play Blackberry .mp4 and .3gp formatted videos, which deliver good quality motion pictures.

Its bluetooth is very fast, thanks to bluetooth 2.1. It in seconds turns on and off bluetooth and searches other bluetooth devices very fast.

Its GUI is multimedia rich, it got two home screens, swapping your fingers give you a HTC touchflo experience though both are of differenrt categories. Animated windows and functions leave you with awe. Moving through pictures make you have quite a near iphone experience.

There is a movie studio with which you can edit movies and make your own movies and slideshows.

There is also a picture editor which is quite good and gives you plethora of ptions to select.

There is a paint software which is very good to use to spend idle times. You can also send the painted images to others.

The phone has got full web browsing feature. The browser is quite good, it opens up heavy websites too. The browser also got two tabs.

It sports two motion sensor games, very entertaining.

The radio is great but radio recording feature could have made it more great.

Thanks to the accelerometer that makes the web, movie and message writing experience hassle free. On turning the phone from portrait to landscape position the windows open are also oriented that way, but this feature works with some selected items.

It has got multitasking feature which is essential during parallel funtioning. You can open up multiple softwares and games and all that stuff through multitasking and it does not make the phone to hang.

Gaming in this phone is through java and the experience isnt bad, after a few days of practice one can get the easy hold of it.

Lg is good enough to provide new firmware versions regularly, so you can keep your phone always updated.

The phone I bought came with two great softwares preinstalled - i>Password Locker ii>Your nearest service centre locater.

Though you may not be having GPS or A-GPS, but google maps substitutes the lack of GPS technology in the cell.

The Phone is simply great in its price bracket.

But the phone has some faults. The qwerty kerboard is small, the keys are small and all the characters dont fit in all at once, this is due to small screen. Had the screen been 3.5" then the problem would have been resolved. But the qwerty is comfortable once you practise and get hold of it. Otherwise you got alphaneumeric keyboard to type in. The battery keeps me engaged two days with modest movie watch, music lictening, playing games and listening. I have expected the battery life a little more. One good thing is that the battery gets charged quite quick. If you keep the screen guard on the touchscreen then the touch sensitivity slightly decreases. The music volume is little bit low. The full volume isnt much louder. The voice clarity and sound reception is okay but the speaker volume is just too low when you are in conversation with someone. The volume makes you fell that the person with whom you are talking is just speaking in a little high tone as if your hearing sense is low. The camera has no flash as well as no lens guard. Shooting in low light conditions do not make proud but in sunlight the camera really snaps great. I have posted two pics for comparison. The Piscel pdf and doc viewer isnt great enough. You cant edit files but just watch them. Moreover watching them through the viewer through small screen is just a pain and you will hate the viewer after using it once.

Overall the phone rocks. It is worth its buy. Buying phone is a personal choice, and reviews just help in to buy your coveted mobile phone. You may not like the Overall getup of the phone but surely its an advanced mobile with more than modest features, you should also keep in mind its price. If you like the phone get quickly to the nearest retail outlet and have it before your mind is changed by the upcoming samsung mobiles: S5600 and S5230.
