I have purchased LG dual inventer last month, it's pretty cool brand but where the customer service is worst, they had came and install the product, after one month I have to shift my house, I have called the customer care and informed them to come and take the a/c from old house to the new shifted house, they said it will cost1500/-, I said its OK, after 20mina the technician had called and said it will cost 2800/- I said that customer care had said it will cost only 1500/-, Ha said please confirm once again, so I have called the customer care again and said the techinian is asking 2800/-, they said so simply that they have said it unknowingly, I asked her how you can give me wrong information without knowing. She said rudely that, it cost 2800/-fir installation, you want to send my technition or not. She is at least not bothered to say sorry also. I just have no words what to say her. Customer care people are meant to help the customer or in case if they are wrong to pass the information at least they have to be sorry. I have never experienced or expect this type of response form the branded company LG.
