My sister had purchased LG G4 mobile in Feb 2016.
Recently, she started facing issues with the wifi and Bluetooth connectivity and I had approached the service centre at new delhi. I am very disappointed with the way they responded.They figured out that there is a problem with the hardware and had to replace the hardware.
However, they dont have the spares available and were not sure when they receive them. I called up the manager and he simply responded there is not much I can do and must wait till the spare part comes I told him to check and get back to me but I haven't heard from him yet and he never responded to my call again. So I called up the customer care and spoke they said that there is not much he can do and I have deal with service centre and he would arrange a call back. I dont see a point of having warranty for your product as there is no solution provided!
I dont want to carry faulty device thats worth Rs.40, 000 with wifi and bluetooth not working.
Guys just don't buy so expesive phone from brand like LG as if your phone is in gurantee they eill not solve issue with your phone.
