I feel this review is:
I am using LG Flatron 21 since 2003 and have never found any issues with it. Its video quality is superb and shows vivid and sharp colors. Its golden eye feature is an unique one which adjusts screen brightness and contrast settings according to room lighting conditions to keep the video quality at its best according to user choice. Sound quality is also very good and loud enough for a big hall. Since I never encountered any problem, I never called LG service for any support. This Television in my opinion is a "pure gold" and an absolute value for money product" from LG India.
