Everything was fine, for 1 year after I bought the machine, and I was quite happy with the performance, when one gone day it started giving an alarm saying inlet error. Even alfter checking everyting, and the cleaning of the inlets, the same error code was coming. As soon as I called the service center, they immediately sent the service person which I appreciate.he came checked everuthing, and final diagnosis was PCB error. Just as a second opinion, he opened the top of the machine, and lo and behold, there was a big rat nest inside, and it had cut off lots of wires. I was shocked. I have never had these problems in 20 years of using a washing machine.i asked him how a washing machine whose door is always closed, and its front load, with no opening how can a rat get in? he told me that the bottom of the machine is open, and that is the point of entry. they were supposed to supply a rat mesh along with the product, which never came, and also the person who came and installed the machine, never mentioned it, nor did he ask the company about it, as the warrenty was over, I had to shell out 2000 rs, for the service, repair and also a new rat mesh for which I had already paid. I was very disappointed, Washing is fine, and user friendly. My previous machine from another company never had this issue. so I would like to suggest that the company either preinstall the mesh, or seal the bottom of the front load machine.
