We purchased new LG Washer Dryer machine - F14A8YD25 from LG Shoppe located in Marathalli, Bangalore on 1st July 2014. It costed Rs64K + 2K for AMC (for 2 years). We had tough time with last 2 washing machines (i.e. with Electolux and Whirlpool spent 35K+ just for maintenance in last 11 years) hence opted for AMC.
Its too early to comment on the durability of the machine. The wash quality is good, the drier dries well i.e. its 100% dry :).However one negative about this machine is if the dryer cycle is not opted, then the door seal needs to be cleaned manually as little water gets accumulated. Apart from this we did not face any issue as of now. The machine does not vibrate much during spin.
Note: The person who came for demo did not have any knowledge about the machine. Hence requested LG customer care for proper demo and they sent an experienced person and he explained the functionality well.
