Completed 1 year of using the washing machine and is performing well as far as cleaning of clothes in concerned. Specially if you wash footmates at higher temperature it comes very very clean - better output then what we got through dry cleaners. After sales service was good when followed up for an issue and got 5 years additional warranty at 20% price of the product. Reliable product for last 14 months I would say.
Only con observed is that it has started vibrating more then earlier and displaces itself by few inches at the end of the washing cycle.
