I have an LG TV, which is under AMC. 2 months back I reported a problem, someone came and said parts are to be replaced, but till today it is not repaired. Call center does not care, for them it is easy to open a ticket, send an engr. and close the ticket even if it not repaired. On the site, no email id or no other phone nos. I tried emailing to few email ids I have gathered over a period, but most of them left LG, and those who are left does not even care to reply to me.
I escalated on their site, but all that happened was someone called and enquired; but the TV is still not repaired. How can a company function like this, how can they expect to expand, how can they retain their customers.
