I am writing this review to just attract LG consumers and moreover, the LG authority towards the Servicing department of LG. I don't know about other customers but I faced the worst service experience unexpectedly from a reputed electronic company like LG. Last may 2016, I bought a 3 star AC from Amazon. It was working fine till last summers. As now, summers are on the way, I was just checking the functionalities of AC but I found that a loud sound was coming from it while functioning. So, I called LG service centre, nobody response came, I tried 3-4 times then a gentleman pick up the call and registered my complain and promised that he will send an engineer and problem will resolved within 2-3 days. But even after 10 days, no response came from LG. I tried calling them for next 4-5 days then a support staff came and checked the AC. After he told us that there is some issue with fan of exterior outlet, he said you have to pay extra money for the fan even it is covered in warranty. I called the support office of LG, told them the warranty thing but they refused giving excuses, some physical damage thing. An engineer guy was so arrogant in behavior such an unprofessional person LG hire for service and support. I am totally unsatisfied with the service LG provide.
Although LG AC is good in quality with many safe and healthy features like bacteria filter, Mosquito Away technology and power saving features. Cooling of room take place with in seconds, worth for its high price. But LG have to do some improvement with in service department specially in small cities.
