Never ever buy LG front load washing machine. I purchased a 9 kg front load Washing Machine model no FHT1409ZWS on Feb'21. I tried all the washing modes to wash the clothes. The main problem is residue on clothes after washing what every mode you try. Especially dark color clothes and cotton clothes facing this issue along with clothe softness removed by this machine. After 4 to 5 wash the clothes are looking very old and white patches all over the clothes. you have to throw it out the clothes after 5-6 wash. 3 times technicians have visited and tried all the modes and different quantity of detergent powder/liquid and softener as well. No improvement. We had been using 13 years IFB washing machine and replaced this pathetic LG machine. We never faced any such quality issue in our previous machine. Guys, I'm telling you. don't buy LG at all. Seems to be old LG models don't have such complaint. But new improved machines have some series engineering issue. After I observed multiple rounds of analysis I found that there is a rinse issue in new models. Due to less water consumption during wash and rinse all the clothes it can leave residue and white patches. LG will not attend to solve the issue and replace your machine as well. Since it's basic engineering issue, You have to live with this. Neither through out the machine nor clothes.
