At first I have planned to buy Vu tv because it is new and quality is comparable with brands sony, samsung, lg.But I have dropped the plan as I doubt about their limited service centres in india.Typically Micromax is china product, so I have ignored it initially.The fact In my view is buying TV is one time investment for minimum 5 to 10 years.
Service and maintenance for long period can be provided only by branded companies like lg, samsung, sony.Finally I decided to stick with LG as I am using 32 inch LG tv for last two years with no issues.
LG 43LH600T
pros:
1.As per lg official site, this is the recent 43 inch Full HD smart tv ( 2016 model) with latest lg OS ( webos 3.0)
2.this is the only 43 inch Full HD smart tv has 2 usb ports and 2 htmi port.All USB, HTMI ports are placed in terminal side for easy plug and play
3.chrome cast can make conventional tv to smart but it will occupy one htmi and one usb port ever and in additional it costs 3k.Moreover I need to plug and play the chrome cast every time.it is inconvenient for me.So I decide to buy smart tv.
4.In 43 inch smart tvs of 2016 ( 43LH600T, 43LH595T, 43LH576T) , 43LH600T is only one has magical remote.
Cons:
1.further wall mount Installation and demo will costs around 3k
To sum up, This is the best branded 43 inch Smart TVs in this range.TV is good but note that you need to spend an extra 2, 500 for purchase and installation of the swivel wall mount stand.You get this free if you buy offline.which means that this amount must be considered to the cost while making a comparison

This is the best tv under 50k by far for a price of 41k
NOTE: I updated tv to latest version 4.20.
Universal remote and speech recognition function got added.
This means u get all new features and more .
Clarity is very good and sound is good enough.
Can get really good while watching Blu-ray movie.
Better than Samsung smart TV at same price BY FAR .
Overall it's the best in the business for 40-50k.
