I advise people not to purchase LG products. Their customer service does not exist. No tickets are created. No one attends to service requests and needless to say, no one turns up for any service. You are inundated with sales calls if you register a complaint. Apparently they mistake a complaint as a sales enquiry. Then they promise you that someone will call and you grow old as you await a call. Meanwhile Samsung offers better service, better follow up and better products also.
