I bought LG(20) led tv in 2013 but after the expiry of 1 year warranty it has display problem. I contacted to customer care then the service engineer visited and after checking the product he told me that its display has been gone and it is not repairable. Then he charged me only for this line "its display has been gone and it is not repairable." Then I asked him for its solution then he told me it will cost around rs. 3, 500 to rs. 4, 000 with extra visiting charges so I declined to put more money into it.
My experience is very bad with this brand. There is no quality in LG led TV.
