Let me tell you my personal experience with this produuct.As we all know that using any air conditioner we need to pay 1000-2000 yearly as maintenance charges.But LG provides such a nice service so that cover any damage in your a/c(any technical problem) without any money.That service costs around 2000-3000, after paying this amount, you need not to pay a single penny for any further issue.
Apart from this service the air conditioner is well.It is durable as I am using it since 4 years.The electricity consuption is quite high, So it'll be better if there is any other model of this company with less energy consumption.
