Hold the eyelid taut with your other hand to facilitate application. Superliner Carbon Gloss’ liquid formula allows a fine and precise line. Colour is long-lasting and stays looking intense without smudging. It is not water-proof, only water resistant. I personally find this to be a major con, since the product gets washed off every time I need to wash my eyes.
