I am a Herbalife Distributor and have a fantastic result from using the products consistently since September 2003. However I appreciate that not everyone has heard of Herbalife nor quite understands the philosophy of the company or how to stay well, slim and healthy. I knew it would be good but I didn't expect it to be as informative and simple to understand as it is. Dr Heber explains how to change the shape of your body and which bits you can and can't change depending on your natural body shape. For example I am quite slim (size 10) however have always had a tendency to put weight on around my bum, thighs and hips, even now I'm slim I have a bum (think Jenifer Lopez and you're there) Now this is the shape I cannot change no matter how slim I get because my natural shape is pear.
Dr Heber helps you to find your natural shape by providing body charts and explains how you can kick start a healthy eating program using what he calls the empowering shake. I am familar with shakes and how to use, make and take them being a Herbalife Distributor but for anyone in doubt who wants to either lose weight, gain weight, want better health or sports nutrition this book is for you.
However its only just been released so you will need to order it from Amazon.com as its not yet widely available in the book shops. The upshot is, if you buy this book and follow Dr Heber advice, not only will you end up with your desired shape, you will also end up with a healthier and happier lifestyle.
