Where do I begin? The regret and despair of watching this abomination claiming to be a movie was only dispelled by watching Airlift yesterday night. Review of airlift to follow as soon as I find some time.
I should have guessed a movie that had around 75 or 80 cuts by the censorship board would have been confusing and mentally challenging to sit through the whole experience, but my friend convinced me to go for it since we didn’t get a ticket for Airlift and I said to myself “what the heck, its only 1.5 hours and I also get to see some fine looking women” and went ahead. I knew I made a mistake after the first 10 minutes.
Acting: Non-existent. I think the people involved in this movie already knew that their target audience was here to only watch half naked girls and wouldn’t care much about the acting performances. The girls do their bit of biting their lips and standing/sitting/lying around in suggestive poses. Tusshar Kapoor should probably write a book on how he has managed to eke out a Bollywood career for himself. I guess being Jitendra’s son and Ekta Kapoor’s bother is the only reason he is allowed anywhere near a film set.
Story: SPOILERS AHEAD! On second thought, can you really spoil something that is already rotten? I will give you a basic gist of the story. Tusshar and Aftab shivdasani are two friends who go to Thailand and meet a guy who makes porn movies. That's it basically. Commence sexual innuendos and some of the worst jokes I have ever seen. Really, a 7 year old would have come up with better ones. Can you imagine a guy who mistakes his own foot for an erection? You read that correct. That scene made me want to take my eyes out with a fork.
I am not going to elaborate further since I don’t want to waste another minute on this piece of crap.
Kya kool hai hum(2005) was a fun movie since it had a freshness about it. The second instalment had given us ample warning that it should probably be the end of this series with it being nothing more than a series of dirty jokes. Kya kool hai hum 3 is not even trying to be a movie and is probably one of the worst movies ever made in history. Ekta Kapoor and her team will probably be happy since they have managed to con a few crores from the movie going public. Please don’t watch this movie, don’t even bother downloading it. It’s a 124 minutes of your life that you won’t get back. Would like to give it 0 stars but dont know if its possible
