Okay, I can’t find anything positive to say about Kuwait kways. So let me start talking about the horrendous service we received here. The flight was supposed to leave at 9:05 p.m from NY and we
boarded the flight at least half hour before that. The pilot completed three laps around the New York JFK airport at 5 mph before actually taking off. No reasons were given from the flight crew for the delay, apart from the usual crap prayer - and we took off at 10:14 pm from NY.
I CAN’T STAND RACISM! The flight attendant only seem to notice Arab people on the flight(I am from India btw). When it was dinner time, starting to serve from front of the plane, the attendant - who was an Arabic girl skipped three rows ahead of our seats and served two arab men sitting behind us with chicken/fried rice. And when she finally strolled the food cart to our place, my dad asked her for ’chicken/fried rice’ - and she said that she only had "vegetable/rice" left for us.
By now, my dad was so pissed that he shouted at her for showing partially to their hijab cult. The manager was called in and he told my dad to ’calm down’ and my dad impressively scolded him too and shut him up. Then the attending went to kitchen and brought us fresh chicken/fried rice. I guess she learnt her lesson. But I would never fly this Kuwait kways AGAIN!
