I have been using this chimney for a while but the performace is not good as expected. The price is high regarding the model. The chimney didnt clear all the oil from my kitchen. Then what is the use of this chimney. Morever it consumes more electricity. The sound comes from the motors of the chimney is very annoying sometimes.
The service of the the company is not good I have called them for servicing but no one shows up. I guess I have to choose different brand. Really upset with kuchina product.
