Last year on 27th April, 2015 we bought a kutchina kitchen auto clean chimney by my father’s name. We called Kutchina Service center and they came and replaced my brand new chimney circuit with old repair circuit. They replaced same circuit two times in last 1 year. From last week it was not working.
I purchased brand new model and within warranty they were replacing circuit with old repair circuit. And within 1 year the circuit failed to work two times. It is not acceptable. I am not satisfied to Kutchina customer services. We had only one year warranty. Now again it is not working your old repaired circuit after my warranty period.
As per Kutchina Customer Service response. They would not provide free service for this repaired old circuit.
