I had purchased Jur-lon mattress a year ago and it got sacked after 1yr 3months and the delar has not informed about warranty conditions.
I have raised a complaint to customer service and asking me to pay rebate of 20% for mattress replacement. My question here is if the new mattress sent was found to be faulty after 3 years, then we have to pay another 60% for mattress replacement.
This means that with in 5 years I am paying double amount for faulty matress which is nothing but making our pockets empty.
Kurlon has to inform their delars to share warranty information to customers before purchase so that we can rethink of buying any such product
