Worst Hospital Experience Ever

My father got admitted here yesterday at about 10:00 a.m. . The only reason for his choice was that its covered under CGHS TPA and near to our home. The infra is pathetic. We are in a private room. The shower is broken, the washroom door handle is broken. There's a small dirty bucket. Too many mosquitoes.The lift's 2nd floor button is broken.(We are in room no. 203). The jug is provided but no glass. Bucket is there but no mug.( when I asked a housekeeping staff. She says apna le ke aao.) no soap in the soap dispenser. No power in the socket to charge my phone. Geyser is there but doesn't work. I wonder why my father chose this hospital. We are yet to see any treatment. Let's see what they do today. Otherwise I'll just leave from here. And take my father to another hospital.(Oh btw. They have taken the original CGHS papers from us at the time of admission)

Even the staff's behavior is very rude/ irresponsible. My father was placed on drip( my mother was the attendant on that day, She has a poor eyesight). The drip got finished and the blood was flowing back in the tube. The matter was set right when the physiotherapist spotted it and pointed out to the nurse. The nurse too was very rude(Doesn't know anything about what time anybody will come to visit etc.). They are totally non-communicative about the treatment or about what exactly they are planning to do with the patient or for how many days they expect to keep the patient. Yesterday I rang their main number to lodge a complaint. They transferred the call somewhere. Nobody picked it up and the call got disconnected. After that I tried their main number about 5 times . They didn't even bother to pick my call. Looks like when they know it apriori that its a complaint call they don't pick the call. In three days of our stay there not even once was there a visit of orthopaedist or any other specialist(my father was admitted for Sciatica) .


The only visits were those of a general physician and a physiotherapist(Three days stay!) .The hospital is a Total Rip Off. If Mr./ Ms. KUKREJA happen to read this review, my message to them is that,  Life is not just about making money by hook or by crook. Yes we will pay(rather CGHS will pay) but you ought to give service in return. The purpose of a hospital is not just to siphon off TPA/ CGHS money but to care for the patient in the best possible manner. Finally I am transferring the patient to Indian Spinal Injury Centre. To hoots- Kukreja Hospital
