I am a practising doctor in Banglore and I chanced to read the review posted by pawandeeps against Kukreja Hospital.Let me make it clear that I do not know Kukreja Hospital or Dr Geetu Kukreja in any way.But going through the review I could not resist myself.
The patient says that he was getting treatment from Kukreja Hospital for last 10 years which is a pretty long time.By any guess, he would have got admitted for at least 40-50 times in the hospital during this period.The very fact that he kept going to the same hospital and to same Dr Geetu Kukreja shows that he was fully satisfied with the treatment.
The patient in his own review has repeatedly stated that they shouted at the junior staff including resident doctors and Dr Geetu Kukreja.Nowhere has he written that any hospial staff or Dr Geetu Kukreja shouted back even in his own review.Who is rude or ego driven I would like to ask pawandeeps?You who had gone for treatment and instead humilated the staff and doctors or the doctor who were insulted by you.This clearly shows that all the hospital staff kept their cool and managed the case in an appropriate manner.
The end of the review is even funnier.One week back the patient had insulted all the staff of hospital including the doctors and now he is again going to the same hospital for further treatment.Why did he choose the same hospital for admission if he thought that the doctors were rude.Is there no other hospital in Delhi or probably he has been blacklisted from all other hospital too.
This is strange that patients, by their own confession, insult the doctors for no reason and still expect the doctors to extra nice to them.
