I was visiting KUKREJA HOSPITAL from past almost 10 Years.But as a matter of fact I was visiting to them for small therapy.My illusion in this time was that it is a good treating hopital to care & serve people.
But as a matter of fact they are on the other side.My wife was addmitted in hospital at 03:00 Am in night after some pain in stomach as she was pregnant.The junor Doctor on Duty told to get admitted as if it is not serious as of now .will monitor for some time.
Some precautionary medicines were given with glucouse and in morning around 08:30 Am DR Geetu Kukreja was on round( she is the one who was taking care of my wife record).She told that we don't know the condition as of now, we will do ULTRASOUND and get clarified.
But as a matter of fact after shouting at the junior doctor's and other staff Ultrasound was done at 06:00 Pm( almost 9 to 10 hr's from getting the instruction).But doctor's( Junior as well as Dr Geetu Kukreja) can't understand the pain of the patient and the reletives that under which situation we were as it was a risk to life of 2 human biengs.
We were in pain that we should conclude that what is the situation of our patient but doctor's told that they don't have ULTRASOUND and doctor's also to do it.So they have asked someone outside which will take 5-6 Hrs.
I was in a bad situation in which afer paying a huge amount I did not get good service from any Doctor .More over as we were worried so we shouted and raised our voice as we don't expect govt. hospital treatment in private hospital like KUKREJA HOSPITAL.
Moreover due to the reason we shouted Dr Gettu Kukreja( W/o Rajnish Kukreja) told that you please shift your patient to Ganga Ram Hospital as if Nursery is not there for premature child.
But the stunning part here is that the conclusion was made without any ULTRASOUND.And as a matter of fact when ULTRASOUND was dome all was fine and we were Discharged with paying a huge amount with a memorable treatment from all doctor's and a very reputed Dr Geetu Kukreja.
Why my will forced me to write this story is becaise when I visited the hospital after 7 days of dischage.I noticed a NOTICE on KUKREJA HOSPITAL NOTICE BOARD THAT THE ATTENDENT OF XXXXXXX PATIENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED .And same was conveyed to me from all staff from Receptionist to ICCU Doctor.
I was in a bad position that the private hospital to serve the human bieng is bieng ruined due to EGO of some top doctor's like Geetu Kukreja.
I am writing this only to get this noticed to all the person's who are thinking to VISIT KUKREJA HOSPITAL.
