I never thought Kuber service will be so bad, I was really impressed by their initial packing and other things but for 6 days I didn't receive the package, which was more than the promised 4 days. On 7th day I received the package but they threatened me to be available at home as per their convenience and if not available they will put at their office and we have to go and collect from the office, due to this I have to take a half day off from office and they told me they will arrive by 8.00AM and they arrived at 10.30AM. No punctuality, no customer care, no tracking facility, If you know Hindi then you can take the risk other wise its a self stressing event. Be careful with Mr.Yadav.
