Krrish is a movie which certainly appealed to me.
"Sequel to koi milgaya" This tag line is strong enough by itself to give us a glimpse as to what this movie can deliver.
Story is not so great. But the script and screenplay is as strong as, well, any hollywood movie of its class.
This film is actually a very well executed mixture of "Spiderman, Superman, The Hulk, Matrix (Just a fight sequence), and ofcourse Minority Report.
Technically speaking, this movie has every potential to be on par with its hollywood counterparts as mentioned above.
Rakseh roshan has yet again succesfully proved himself as a visionary director who wants Bollywood to be atleast equavilant to hollywood if not better.
Hrithik, for his performance and efforts in this film, has been acclaimed as the real superman in california. They say that their super heroes did everything but failed in establishing chemistry with their respective "BABES" and deffenitely couldn't dance. But for hrithik, romance and dance is just another piece of cake.
One has to appreciate hrithik's martial arts performing abilities.
He gives us a glimpse in this film as to how graceful and strong his personality can bee on that big Siver screen through a short martial arts display scene. Its mind blowing. No computer graphics there!
Music is very catchy and hummable, though I felt the song Dil na diya is not exactly a foot tapper as ek pal ka jeena and it's magic. I also felt that it was the one among 2 songs in the fim which were not exactly necessary. The second one bieng "dekho pavan bhi....chori chori chupke chupke"
There is nothing special abt priyanka in the film I felt. Put any one else in that role, still the movie would be as great as it is now. This says it all. Hrithik is he key again. The movie is hrithik. he is there in almost every frame of the film.
The film stands firmly stuck to its script and never deviates. Keeping the audience glued to their seats.
Finally, Its a clear cut BIG SCREEN entertainment stuff. Watching this on a normal home theatre will kill the film's grace!
Watch it. You will enjoy it for sure. If not admire it like kaho naa pyar hai!
Its a big bundle of fun and adventure for the entire family.
