I feel this review is:
I dont recommend going to kotdwar as it is hot as hell also there is low resources for any one to get during visit as there is only one pvr cinema hall in whole city only few shoping malls its lot of people at one place the city is like a dustbin ever you go there you will easily see some rappers on the street and seawage is full of plastic and smelling as hell
