This is one of the worst trade name in Industry. They make illegal charges in the account. The customer care is extremely rude, useless & company policy are not at all user friendly. Even the staff at branches are not helpful even to guide about any query related to co. or stock trade. And if one wants to close an account, they will rather refunding the access balance will come out with hidden charges and also do not at all guide you the process of closing...
Will not recommend anyone to go with Kotak group.
