I have #kotak car insurance, I applied for insurance claim very recently. The surveyor harrassed me like anything by calling to the service center numerous number of times. He completely refused to change the damaged parts and only allowed repair and paint. On top of that he asked to pay half the price for all the repair and paint. Let me remind all of you that I have zero depreciation policy.
The surveyor texted me the coverage tha insurance company is going to undertake, but when I went to take my car from service center, they charged me for that saying the surveyor did not agree to pay
