I'm Kamlesh Bhatia my account number is 06530110004079, firstly it took 45 days for an account to get open and now its almost 2 months have passed post account opening I have not recieved my Debit Card.
I have made several complains to the customer service but there is no feedback as to when I will get my Debit Card. On 08th Dec. 2005 I called up for the update on the debit card I was told some body from the Borival Branch (My branch) will get in touch with me. On same day some body called my from the branch and started asking me stupid question like WHEN I HVE SUBMITTED THE FORM FOR THE SAME?. How they can expect one can remeber the date, I informed the lady that I have submitted the form thrice, once at the time of account opening secondly I had personally gone to branch and thirdly some executive from the branch had collected from my residance.
on 10th I called up again for the status I was told we are working on it, we will call you back. till date I have not recieved any call, only message which was given to on 10 dec was we will send you your card once you again call up customer service.
on 12th I called up customer service once again they refused me the card stating that how can we send the Debit Card without filling the request form? I informed the lady at customer service that the above was told to be my Branch Relationship Officer Mrs. Deepa Vashi.
Till date I am Struggling to get my debit card
