I have been duped by crores of Rupees by the wealth management team of KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD.
I have invested in FUNDS / PRIVATE EQUITY sponsored by KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD and it's SUBSIDIARIES. They have duped me in the price at which the bank bought and sold the funds to me running into crores of Rupees. I have filed a complaint with SEBI. They misrepresented and fraudulently collected the cheque in favor of KOTAK MAHINDRA PRIME LTD. For last eighteen months they were promising to sell the fund and make good the losses. Now they are not able to find a single buyer all over the COUNTRY and have backed out.
Even Mr.Uday Kotak Managing Director does not respond.
