I have opened this account as salary account, because one of the bank representative forces me to open account telling me several benefits I will received using Kotak. I trusted him & filled form to open account. He promised me, account will be opened in 5 days & after 10 days account was not activated. When called bank, they said their was some problem with my previous account with ING & they will merge previous account & will resolve this in 2 days.
I haven't received any communication from bank even after week. I called customer case & no satisfying answers provided, I sent email & made several call to customer care but no one bothered much & every time they said it will be resolved in 2 days. This is pathetic bank service I have ever experienced.
