Since kotak and ing vysya bank have merged, any miserable experience with ing vysya bank, applies to them as well.those interested can check my harrowing experience with them that was posted under ing vysya bank category.i would not like to repeat the dreadful experience here again.
Suffice it to say after kotak took over its become worse.and both are partners in crime.i did call the kotak central customer service operating from mumbai.he simply toed the same line like a pet parrot .it was a waste of time chasing these people.it was regarding a gold loan issue.my advice.never ever deal with them.they will just auction it without your knowledge even.
