I have been using kotak mahindra savings account from the last year.And I must say I am very satisfied with its service.
The bank excutive came to my place and collected all documents and I got my account no within 3 days and the ATM card was sent via courier and I received it 8 days.Altogether the service was fast and worry free.
The mobile app for kotak bank is very easy to use.You can open RD account, pay ur credit card bill recharge your mobile and lots other.The app loads fast and is very easy navigation.The app does almost very thing that a desktop website does.
Till now kotak has kept me happy hope in future they keep me same as I am now with their service.
