I wish to caution all the prospective loan applicants to reconsider their loan application made to Kotak Mahindra Bank or its associate companies as you would suffer from mental harassment. Phoenix ARC Private Limited is one such companies promoted by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Their officers stoop to any lows at the time of loan recovery without even caring if the person is genuinely unable to service the loan or not, whether or not they are facing economic constraints.
They simply resort to harassment tactics like purposefully calling one's neighbours and informing them about the outstanding loan after having traced the neighbour's number from one's same building. There is this one officer named Nandini from Phoenix ARC Private Limited(Kotak Mahindra Bank, Santacruz)(Contact no. 0226198xxxx and many other numbers) who takes the harassment to all new level by even abusing the neighbours and informing them about one's outstanding dues so that the neighbours in turn would feel pressurized to talk to us about the whole issue.
The officers literally speak as if they have received training from extortionists(goons) and other gangsters. Hence, I am compelled to call them'Banksters'. When we warn telling that we would complain of the harrassment to the banking ombudsman and other authorities, they simply tell us to complain wherever we like as they do not fear anybody. Such has been the attitude of theirs. They simply do not care if you care having genuine concerns with respect to servicing of the loan.
So, hence my advice would be never ever go closer near any branch of the Kotak Mahindra Bank for whatever reasons or else be ready for their goons disguised as officers who will simply make you feel regretted of having taken a loan from them.
