I unfortunately changed my salary account from ICICI to Kotak. Not that ICICI was good or not good but Kotak agent said there is some insurance. So out of greed I went for it only to receive bad customer service every time. I asked for a new debit card since my old one broke and its been over a week and I did not get it. They are simply pushing the blame on courier service. Kotak itself dispatched it late.
The people on the phone are very rude. They act as if they own bank. I would not recommend Kotak Mahindra bank.
