I am the current customer of Kotak Mahindra bank . The phone banking of the bank is very worst . Even they do not pick the phone and they do not solve any problem or issue on phone .
The ATM avialability is also very bad . I never see the ATM of Kotak Mahindra bank near the railway station or near any bus stand . They do not have more then 2 ATM in a city except metro cities .
Internet banking of kotak Mahindra is ok but not so good . Internet banking of kotak Mahindra bank is too much time taking . They take 6 to 7 hours in rtgs or neft .
Customer service is also not so good . They charges very high interest rates on loans . And they also charges high interest rates on bank limits. Customer attending service is good but after that nothing is good .
