One of the worst banking experience. Review on Kotak Mahindra Bank

Kotak mahindra bank was my worst experienced banking account. I got this account as a salary ac. I use to get my monthly salary for 2 years. For that period of two years they often use to charge me some amount often for varies silly reasons. Once I havent used paytm but rupess 700 dectected from my ac. I complained but there was no proper response from the bank. I changed my company and I got different bank salary ac but I kept some money in my kotak account and I was charged rupess 1300rs for non maintenace of minimum balance of 10000rs for 2 months that is like 800 for 1 month and 500 for another month. I raised compaint. Customer care guy replied saying since your account considered as normal account since your salary account ends in 2 years period and you have to maintain 10000rs as minimum balance every month. Listening his comments the next day I went to kotak bank and closed my account. Please dont beleive kotak bank servises and dont lose money. Hope you like this review.
