This is the first time I am writing bad review about a well-known organization.I lost lot of money only because I chose “Kotak Mahindra bank” for my salary account.


Realizing and correcting myself. Please don’t take any loan from kotak Mahindra bank, Customer care executive may miss lead you with attractive interest rate but you may receive the bill huge hidden charges.


• Customer care –Very bad.


• No clarity on hidden charges.


• No reversal happen once bill generated.


If you respect the salary please don’t opt this bank, if you feel I am wrong try yourself .
