I had a good experience with this bank. They offered the best service when other banks are not been to able to help me with the loan transfer. I applied for balance transfer of my personal loan with several banks and all got rejected without any proper reasons. Then, one of my friend provided me a number as Kotak bank loan department. When I called them and inquired about the offers and details, they are very helpful and provided me all the details I need. Then, I applied for the balance transfer and it got done within a week. From document collection to processing everything was handled in a better way and the bank was too helpful with timely updates of my application. I suggest you to open a loan account with Kotak as they are coming up with good service compared to other banks.
