We are aware of a number of banks which may be good in their services for their customers. kotak mahindra is also one of them. I came into contact of this bank when I was in my college and I needed a separate account with better service, so my college-mates suggested me to have an account in united bank of India because it provides easy transfer of money, drafts, or in any other way of transferring the fund.
Once I lost my ATM card and for that I contacted to the bank and they provided a new ATM card immediately just within two days. Whereas as per my knowledge, it is too fast if we compare with some of the banks which cannot provide the ATM card for their customers within such a short time period. So I have a very good experience with this bank.
