I feel this review is:
I had invested an debt fund in kotak last month they took me to process to invest an 5 days and also they don't have proper phone banking if I call no response I really unhappy with customer service and also they will say 6% ROI per year for savings account but they have so many conditions they simply wasting customer's time and ATM availability are very less and difficult find the branch they will everything digital I don't understand what's digital I would really say to people don't get in this bank any kind of service.
