I have requested net banking pin for booking train ticket through tatkal and I haven't received the pin even after 1 hour, do not know whats wrong with kotak mahindra. This is happening for 3nd time and really upset with your service and I will never suggest your stupid bank to any one.
Do not whats the necessity of having net banking when we are in crucial time to make the payment.
