Sharing my experience about kotak Mahindra bank.
Last month I have opened an online account in this bank due to zero balance. After finishing this process I got a message that they will come to check KYC documents for verification.
The next day I got maximum 8 calls continuously that is very irritating for the meeting of verification. No update messages and it's not a perfect bank to register.
After my first credit amount, I couldn't transaction my amount to other bank. Its very frustrating and its application was loading much of time to reach the bank.
Coming to ATM, I want to go more thn 30 mins
for taking money.
Customer service is very poor.
